Alon Matana

Alon Matana is a Data Scientist in Cyera’s Research Group, where he builds the intelligence layer powering the company’s Insights capabilities. He focuses on risk assessment and issue prioritization, developing models and frameworks that identify and rank the most critical data security exposures across complex, multi-cloud environments.

His work centers on applying Generative AI and classical Machine Learning techniques across large-scale security datasets. He bridges advanced modeling and real-world application, ensuring research innovations translate into measurable security and business impact.

Alon holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Computer Science, as well as a Master’s degree in Business Administration. He is passionate about translating analytical depth into practical impact across the organization.
